1. Order Changes & Cancellations (Before Shipment)

  • You may request to cancel or change your order only before it has been processed and marked as “Shipped” / “Fulfilled”.

  • Once your order status shows as “Shipped” / “Fulfilled”, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, except in the cases listed under Defective or Wrong Items below.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at with your order number.


2. No Refunds/ Non-Returnable

After Shipment

  • All sales are final once the order has been shipped.

Please check your order details carefully before checking out.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

We will only consider a replacement or refund in these cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or

  • You receive the wrong item compared to your order.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo or video showing the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

It will be reviewed case by case basis.

 


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, it will cover the product amount only (excluding shipping), unless otherwise stated.


5. How Refunds Are Issued

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
